Video Killed the Radio Star

Argh! Ever since I put my classes online, I can't get a classroom version to make in the summer. And they will all happily log and only half will finish. We can't rewind we've gone too far.

I remember when MTV debuted in
1981. "Video Killed the Radio Star" was the debut video. We could not afford cable so I would have to go to my friends' houses to watch MTV. It was so cool to see Madonna writhing around on stage for the MTV awards. We learned that the downside of MTV was that pretty people were able to have successful music careers. All you needed was a lot of flash...Ugly entertainers did not have a chance. Look what happened to Christopher Cross. He was huge (literally and figuratively) until MTV. Now MTV, like Madonna, is just a big pile of shit. I'm thinking Distance Learning is like that....you know, like your chuck roast theory. Whatever...time for Twitter practice.

So, your theory is that Distance Learning works best for ugly instructors? I'm kinda liking that. ROTFL! Kidding. Maybe.

David, I am very glad it worked for you. It lacks some meaning for me but I do own that it is my issue.
